At the world's most demanding race: Loris Majcan achieves new success at the Isle of Man TT

Our ambassador Loris Majcan has once again successfully competed at the Isle of Man TT, one of the most famous, demanding, and dangerous motorcycle races in the world.
In extremely challenging weather conditions, Loris successfully completed both Supersport races, won two Bronze Replica awards, and set a personal lap record of 120.18 mph.

Debut of the new Yamaha R9

The significance of this result is highlighted by the fact that Loris was the only rider at this year's TT to compete on the brand new Yamaha YZF-R9.
This motorcycle made its debut this year on the legendary track, over 60 kilometers long. The new motorcycle brought numerous technical challenges and required adaptation
throughout the competition week, but at the same time showed great potential for the future.
Valuable data was collected during training and races, which will be used for further development of the motorcycle and preparation for future competitions.

Step by step to a personal record

Throughout the competition, Loris showed continuous progress. Day by day, he was getting faster, and his effort and dedication culminated in the last lap of the final race when he
set his personal record on the Supersport motorcycle.
His fastest lap was achieved at an average speed of 120.18 mph (193 km/h), setting the first official TT lap record on the new Yamaha R9.
